Halloween Cat Pull Toy by Robin King

This Halloween Cat Pull Toy, stitched by Robin King, was a collaborative effort with Amy Bunger during Amy's Canvas Enhancement classes. We knew Amy was thinking "out of the box" when she said to Robin, "Let's pad the wheels with cotton roping." It's a great effect.
