Tony Minieri teaching "Patterns of the Orient"
Monday, October 27, 2008 – Thursday, October 30, 2008
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. each day

"Patterns of the Orient" is a repeat class for us. By popular demand we will be offering this class a second time for those of you who might have missed this class the first time around. This collage of Oriental design is truly breath taking in person. There are color choices to be made when you sign up for class. Tony's Original color choice is the one pictured above. We have details on the other three colors choices at the shop. This class is another needlepoint class wrapped around a history of textile class. I don't know how he keeps coming up with fabulous ideas, designs, and still has the time to travel and teach. Please come and join us this fall for the "experience" of Tony.
Class Fee: $250.00
Kit Fee: TBA

$100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your place

As always, you will be provided with refreshment during the days of class and lunch each day. We apprecieate a list of classroom needs and food allergies well in advance of class so that we can accommodate you. Please let us know if you need a list of hotels. We apologize that the "Amelia Rose - Victorian Woman" class will need to be postponed for another class date. She was not quite ready for her debut.

The Bunger School of Needle Art

I learn a new technique (at least one) in every class that I take. I love to learn new techniques and then morph them into different ideas to use on assorted projects that I tackle. One day it dawned on me that it is as rare as hen’s teeth to find classes that are offered on technique only, no project, just learn the technique. The brain-child of “The Bunger School of Needle Arts” was born. I call it Needle Arts instead of Needlepoint because the techniques (all of which can be used on your needlepoint canvases) originate from a multitude of needle art disciplines.

The Bunger School of Needle Arts will be offered in 4-day seminars. Each seminar will offer eight 2½ -hour classes. Each class within a seminar will be on a different technique, design lesson, or stitch type. Cost of each seminar is $275.00 which includes eight mini-classes and lunch each day for four days.
