What are your Store Hours at Amy's Golden Strand?

Our store hours are flexible.

Please call for an appointment:  901-458-6109.  We will be happy to try to accomodate you.


What is the Return Policy at Amy's Golden Strand?
  • We are happy to accept returns for store credit.
  • All items must be in the original condition and must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for Store Credit only.  
  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
  • Amy's Attic purchases, Sale items, Custom Orders, Special Orders & Custom Stitch Guides are not returnable.

What is the Guarantee Policy at Amy's Golden Strand?
  • If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please save all packaging materials and contact us at Amys3808@aol.com
  • If your product is faulty due to manufacturer error, please contact us at Amys3808@aol.com for instructions before returning the merchandise.
  • If you received a product that you did not order, please have your order copy handy and contact us at Amys3808@aol.com before you return the product.
  • If we sent you a product that you did not order, we will make every effort to exchange the product or refund the purchase price plus shipping where applicable. 

When will my Credit Card be charged?

 Your Credit Card will not be charged until your order is ready to be shipped.


Can the price of Re-Ordered canvases change?

Yes, re-ordered canvases may come in at a higher price; however, we try to keep our prices very competitive. 


Are Stitch Guides returnable?

No, Stitch Guides are not returnable for any reason.  Please order carefully.
